From 1 to 3 April 2020 Veronafiere launches B / Open, a new b2b event on the bio food and natural self-care supply chain.
'B' stands for business and organic, 'Open' represents the international opening to a growing sector on a global level, with a turnover of 92 billion euros.
It is an innovative format born from the expertise of the Verona Fair in the wine & food world to bring together production, market and research professionals.
The B / Open offer focuses on certified organic foods and natural products for health, care and well-being of the body, but also focuses on raw materials, sustainable packaging and training.
At the presentation of the event, at the Unicredit headquarters in Milan, the main players in the distribution of organic products in Italy discussed the future of a growing sector between e-commerce, training, catering and price reductions. Representatives of Coop Italia, TerraeSole, EcorNaturaSì, Unes, Il Viaggiator Goloso, La Finestra sul Cielo and Carrefour participated in the debate.
The event, expression of the production-research-market relationship, consists of an interactive format, with numerous networking and training moments, the result of the collaboration with Associations, Institutions, Certification Bodies, Universities, Publishers, Professional Orders appointed to make culture in the health and agri-food sector.
